Judge Allows 'Access Hollywood' Tape Evidence in Trump Trial, Bars Direct Playback

Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Elon Musk Urges Society to 'Move On' from Focusing on Racism
Elon Musk, in an interview with Don Lemon, expressed his frustration with the focus on racism in society, suggesting that constantly making everything about race is divisive. Musk believes in treating individuals based on who they are rather than categorizing them by race. He urged for moving on from constant discussions about racism, emphasizing the need to focus on the future rather than dwelling on the past. Musk's remarks on racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies have drawn criticism, especially considering Tesla's history of racial harassment allegations. The interview also included tense moments between Musk and Lemon, with Musk expressing dissatisfaction with Lemon's questioning style.
