Provo Police Respond to Barricaded Individual at Motel

Provo police responded to a motel where Jerod Agee barricaded himself after a court constable attempted to deliver eviction papers and heard gunshots. The incident prompted a multi-agency SWAT and negotiation operation, during which nearby rooms were evacuated. Agee was taken into custody, evaluated at a hospital, and subsequently booked into jail on charges including trespass, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
