Utah Mother Suffers Rare Heart Attack After Treadmill Workout

Justine Carter, a 33-year-old mother from Utah, suffered a heart attack while working out on her treadmill due to a rare condition called spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD). Initially experiencing shortness of breath and chest pain, she collapsed and her heart stopped. Her mother-in-law, a nurse, performed CPR for 25 minutes until help arrived. Justine later required open-heart surgery after a second heart attack. Now recovering, she and her family are advocating for the importance of CPR training, as it was crucial in saving her life.

Body of Kentucky I-75 Shooter Found Near Scene of Incident

The body of Joseph Couch, the alleged gunman who opened fire on Kentucky’s I-75, injuring five people, was found this week in Laurel County, Kentucky. The discovery was confirmed by Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear. Couch, 32, had been on the run since the incident on September 7, and his remains were located by a couple, Fred and Sheila McCoy, known for their YouTube videos about the Hatfield-McCoy feud. An autopsy confirmed his identity through DNA analysis, and it was determined that Couch died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Ukraine Bans Telegram on State-Issued

Ukraine has banned the use of Telegram on official devices used by government, military, and critical infrastructure employees due to security concerns. The National Security and Defence Council (Rnbo) cited threats from Russia, including cyber-attacks and geolocation tracking, as reasons for the decision. While the ban affects official devices, government personnel can still maintain Telegram pages for their work. The move comes after evidence suggested that Russian special services could access personal data on Telegram, even deleted messages.
