Man Arrested for Allegedly Recording Woman at Provo Store
A Juab County man, Justin Brent Christiansen, was arrested in Provo for allegedly attempting to inappropriately video record a woman without her consent at a Deseret Industries store. The incident occurred on May 31, when the woman reported that Christiansen followed her around the store and used his phone to record under her dress and chest. A witness corroborated the victim's account, and store surveillance footage showed Christiansen crouching behind the woman and manipulating his phone. Despite Christiansen's claim that he was taking pictures of shoes, police arrested him on suspicion of voyeurism.
