Hiker Rescued Above Provo's "Y" Mountain

A hiker in Provo, Utah, found themselves stuck above the iconic "Y" mountain landmark near Brigham Young University. First responders, including Provo Fire & Rescue, BYU Police, AirLife Utah, and the Utah Department of Public Safety's Aero Bureau, coordinated a rescue operation. Rapid response teams hiked to the hiker's location while helicopters located and hoisted the individual to safety, preventing the situation from turning into a night rescue.
