Encouraging Belief in Jesus Christ Among Children
The Primary General Presidency of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, led by President Susan H. Porter along with her counselors Amy A. Wright and Tracy Y. Browning, delivered a powerful message at BYU’s Education Week. Their presentation, titled “A Little Child Shall Lead Them,” provided guidance to parents on nurturing their children to become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ through belief, belonging, and becoming more like Him.

Doctor Failed to Hear Patient's Distress Due to Lack of Hearing Aids
Florida health officials placed Dr. Ishwari Prasad on probation and fined him $7,500 for medical malpractice during two colonoscopies. Dr. Prasad, who has hearing impairment, performed a colonoscopy without his hearing aids and was unaware that the patient was not fully sedated and yelling in pain. Additionally, he improperly delegated part of a procedure to a surgical technician who is not licensed to perform such tasks.

BMW Recalls 720,796 Vehicles Over Potential Fire Hazard
BMW has issued a recall for over 720,000 vehicles in North America due to a potential fire hazard caused by an electric water pump that may short circuit. The defect arises from improperly sealed electrical connectors that could allow water to enter and cause a short, which could lead to a fire. This recall affects several models manufactured between 2012 and 2018. BMW will replace the faulty components free of charge and notify owners by mail starting October 4.
