Delta Flight Returns to Salt Lake City After Pressurization Issues Cause Passenger Injuries

A Delta Air Lines flight from Salt Lake City to Portland experienced severe pressurization issues on September 15, 2024, leaving passengers with bloody noses and ears. The plane was unable to pressurize above 10,000 feet, prompting the crew to return to Salt Lake City. Passengers were transferred to another aircraft, and Delta has since fixed the issue. BYU Volleyball Faces In-State Rivals Ahead of Big 12 Play

BYU's women's volleyball team will face three in-state rivals this week before starting their Big 12 conference play. The No. 19-ranked Cougars are set to play Utah State (2-6) at Smith Fieldhouse on Wednesday, followed by matches against Weber State (3-6) in Ogden on Friday and UVU (0-18 against BYU) on Saturday. The Cougars, currently 4-3, aim to bounce back from a recent loss to No. 12 Oregon before entering Big 12 competition.
