Nassau County Legislature Approves Transgender Athlete Ban
Nassau County's legislature has passed a controversial ban prohibiting transgender athletes from competing in women's sports at county-owned facilities. The bill, endorsed by Caitlyn Jenner, was passed along party lines after a judge previously struck down an executive order by County Executive Bruce Blakeman.
