BYU Football Focuses on Strength and Conditioning

The BYU football team has emphasized a new strength and conditioning program to better prepare for the physical challenges of Power Four football in the Big 12 conference. Notably, 40 out of 73 returning players have each gained at least five pounds since last season. The investment in enhanced strength and nutrition programs aims to improve performance, especially in response to last year’s struggles in the run game and physical battles in the trenches.
