A Chinese national, Shenghua Wen, residing in California, was arrested for allegedly exporting firearms and ammunition to North Korea under the direction of North Korean agents. Authorities seized 50,000 rounds of ammunition, chemical threat detectors, and photos of firearms linked to Wen. Prosecutors allege Wen intended to aid North Korean soldiers in disguising themselves for a potential attack on South Korea.
